On May 29, 2019, the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan was visited by a delegation of the Embassy of India in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Ambassador of the Republic of India Prabhat Kumar, Director of the “Swami Vivekananda” Cultural Center at the Embassy of India Mr. Sanjay Garg.
The guests met with the director of the National Museum Nurazkhan Almaz Shaykenovich, the Head of the International Cooperation Department Makhmetova Gulnara Kazbekovna.
In a welcoming speech, Almaz Shaikenovich noted that in the era of globalization and internationalization we need to expand the boundaries of our cooperation, developing, above all, friendship. From the side of the National Museum every effort will be made to establish cooperation.
In turn, Mr. Prabhat Kumar noted the high interest of the Republic of India in the development of partnership, since Kazakhstan is a young, developing, promising country, where a great emphasis is placed on the development of human potential.
The meeting discussed the exchange of exhibitions, research and joint projects.
