This event was organized in honor of the Day of Culture and Art, which was held for the second time. The festival was held in the framework of the special project “Týǵan jer” of the article by Elbasy, First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev “Rýhanı jańǵyrý”.
The purpose of the exhibition is to enable staffs of the cultural sphere to exchange their experiences in their daily activities, including enhancing the professional skills of the library, museum, culture staff, promoting national culture in the development of Kazakhstan patriotism and national unity, improving the image of regional cultural organizations, sharing the best socio-cultural and educational projects.
As part of the event, a competition was organized among state museums (regional, district, municipal), state libraries (regional, district, municipal), state cultural and entertainment organizations (regional, district, municipal).
According to the results of the competition were awarded:
- For the nomination of the competition the best state museum of regional significance is Pavlodar Regional Museum of Local History named after G. Potanin;
- For the nomination of the competition the best state museum of district (city) significance is the Museum of History and Culture of the Upper Isakovsky Tobol;
- For the nomination of the competition, the best staff of the state museum of regional importance is the head of the information and education department of the East Kazakhstan regional Ethnographic and Natural Landscape museum-reserve Karibayeva Shynar Mersalievna;
4. For the nomination of the competition, the best staff of the state museum of district (city) significance is the head of the memorial museum of the Hero of ancestors Orynbasar Alim Talimzhanuly.
Since May 19, 2019, the festival held plenary sessions (grand opening of the festival), a meeting of the judiciary, and participants of the republican contest before the jury, round tables, workshops, panel discussions, dialogue platforms and tours of museum, library and cultural activities.
